New board members in Wake County (N.C.) district want work halted on high school project

From The Raleigh News & Observer: Newly elected members of the Wake County (N.C.) school board are flexing their political muscle with a demand that the existing board immediately stop work on the problem-plagued Forest Ridge High School project. Although the board's four new members don't take office until Dec. 1, they went ahead to pick what is expected to be the first of many fights with the remaining board members.
