$1.4 million bond issue in Washington (Okla.) district

From The Purcell Register: Voters in the Washington (Okla.) school district will go to the polls on Dec. 14 to decide whether to approve a $1.4 million bond proposal. The money would be used to construct a new dining area and a new kitchen.
