Illinois college seeks construction funds

College of Lake County (Ill.) officials are going forward with plans to seek $36 million in state funding to expand the college's Lakeshore Campus in Waukegan. School administrators want to construct a student services/lifelong learning building. The state funding would cover three-quarters of the building's $48 million cost.
