Two Catholic schools to close in Detroit area

Two Wayne County, Mich., Catholic schools will close at the end of the current school year. Parents at St. Dunstan Catholic School in Garden City learned this week the school would close. St. Sabina Catholic School in Dearborn Heights also is to close its doors. Ned McGrath, spokesman for the Archdiocese of Detroit, described the reasons for the closures as "a combination of finances and low enrollments."
