Detroit area community college caps enrollment

FromThe Detroit Free Press: With students packing classrooms in record numbers, the Wayne County (Mich.) Community College District has been forced to cap student enrollment for the first time in its history. Registration for spring 2010 closed three weeks early after projections put enrollment 25 percent higher than last year at the same time.
