From The West Fargo Pioneer: Voters in the West Fargo (N.D.) district have failed to approve a $40 million bond proposal. The district was hoping to secure funding for construction of a new $30 million high school and new $10 million elementary school, but the ballot question fell short of the 60 percent majority needed. Last year, the district failed to win approval of a $65 million construction proposal.
