West Virginia construction funding requests total $170 million

State's School Building Authority will disburse $40 million next month

From The Charleston Gazette: School superintendents throughout West Virginia have asked the state School Building Authority for more than $170 million to build new classrooms and renovate crumbling public schools. The Authority, which has only $40 million to distribute for projects, heard building proposals from 23 counties.
