West Virginia schools need $2.7 billion for school facility upgrades over 10 years

From The Charleston State Journal: Public school districts in West Virginia will need $2.7 billion for school construction and upgrades over the next 10 years, but less than a third of that will be available at the state level, the head of the West Virginia School Building Authority says.
