Western Illinois prepares to open campus in Moline

From The Quad City Times: The new Western Illinois University-Quad-Cities riverfront campus is scheduled to open in January along the Mississippi River in Moline. The $18 million facility, the first phase of work on the 20-acre site, will house undergraduate classes, student services, engineering laboratories, faculty offices, a writing center, a convenience store, vending area and student and faculty lounge space.
