$18 million facility is the first phase of Quad Cities campus

From The Quad City Times: The new Western Illinois University-Quad-Cities riverfront campusis scheduled to open in January along the Mississippi River in Moline. The $18 million facility, the first phase of work on the 20-acre site, will house undergraduate classes, student services, engineering laboratories, faculty offices, a writing center, a convenience store, vending area and student and faculty lounge space.
