Westpoint dedicates new library

TheUnited States Military Academy in Westpoint, N.Y., has dedicated Jefferson Hall, its new library. The library was completed after more than 10 years of planning and construction at a cost of $65 million. The six-story building attempts to nod at the past while still appearing modern.
