Willard (Mo.) district wins bond approval for elementary school

The Willard (Mo.) school district has won approval of a $13.5 million bond proposal that will pay for construction of an elementary school and other projects: a new vocational agricultural building for the high school, new locker rooms for the athletic field complex, and a multipurpose room at Willard South Elementary.
