From The Arizona Range News: The Willcox (Ariz.) School Board has placed a $15 million bond request on the Nov. 2 ballot. Projects proposed include a new track, additional sports fields, and possibly a gymnasium at the high school, an administrative/multi-purpose building at the elementary school, and some improvements to rooms at the middle school.
