Rocklin, Calif., college plans expansion

From The Sacramento Bee: William Jessup University in Rocklin, Calif., plans to break ground this week on a 50,000-square-foot campus expansion. The $17 million project will transform a warehouse into six separate buildings housing an athletics facility, dining buildings, music recital space and classrooms. The private school expects to have an enrollment of 847 this fall.
