Williamsville South High School in Williamsville, N.Y., has been added to the National Register of Historic Places. Williamsville Superintendent Howard Smith says the school was selected because it is a classic example of mid-20th century architecture. The designation will allow the school to pursue potential state, federal and private grants and enable the district to maintain and expand the 59-year-old building.
