Woman, daughter charged in school bus assault; Police in St. Petersburg, Fla., say they boarded a bus and assaulted a 13-year-old boy

A woman and her daughter have been charged with boarding a school bus in St. Petersburg, Fla., and assaulting a 13-year-old boy, police say. Karen L. Barber, 34, was charged with battery, as was her 15-year-old daughter.
