President George W. Bush has ordered a federal review of the shooting deaths last week on the Virginia Tech campus. The probe will include officials from the Departments of Education, Justice and Health and Human Services, Administration officials plan to travel to states such as Minnesota, Colorado, Utah, Iowa, Tennessee, Texas and California, where similar tragedies have occurred.
