$625 million master plan proposed for Rochester (N.Y.) district

From WHEC-TV: Rochester (N.Y.) City School District Superintendent Bolgen Vargas has proposed a $625 million dollar master plan to modernize district facilities that could lead to the closure of as many as eight schools.
