Pennsylvania State University Park Board of Trustees approved final plans for renovating the Burrowes Building, which is the “historic core of campus,” the University reported. The $37.8 million renovation project is part of the school’s five-year capital plan. The building houses the Department of English and School of Languages and Literature and is in dire need of modernization, the school reported.
