The Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Middle School in San Bernardino, Calif., was recognized in the middle school category of American School & University's 2021 Architectural Portfolio.
The Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Middle School administrative building in San Bernardino, Calif., was constructed in 1952.
The modernization created a new street entry, renovated the interior, added sun control louvers on the south library façade, and installed new brick facing and a new VRF system.
