From the 2022 Educational Interiors Showcase: Rutgers University, Alexander Library, Digital Learning Commons

The project on the New Brunswick, New Jersey, campus received the 2022 Collegiate Citation, the design competition's top honor for higher education facilities.

The reading room on the first floor of the existing Alexander Library at Rutgers University has been renovated into a state-of-the-art digital learning commons. The project creates a nexus where students can work together in multimodal situations ranging from team collaboration to independent research.

In awarding the project the Collegiate Citation for the top higher education project in the 2022 Educational Interiors Showcase, the jury said, "The furnishing and finishes create a dynamic environment that most likely energizes student interaction and experiences."
