From the 2024 Architectural Portfolio: Middle Road Elementary School

Recognizing the need for a new learning environment and community hub, Prince George County (Virginia) Public Schools built Middle Road Elementary School. The design encourages collaboration through open common spaces, adaptable classrooms, and abundant natural light and scenic views, while embracing technology as a tool for exploration; state-of-the-art resources are integrated seamlessly into the space. The school empowers students to become lifelong learners and participants in their own education.
