The buyers of the land that included West High School, Switzer Elementary and Switzer Annex want to create rental units; developers bought the Bingham Middle School site to build a grocery store; Blenheim Elementary would be developed as a mixed-used site; and Swinney Elementary would become medical office suites with some community space.
