$44 million bond proposal in Northwest (Ohio) district

From The Cincinnati Enquirer: The Northwest Local School Board in Cincinnati, Ohio, is asking voters on Nov. 8 to approve a $44 million bond proposal. The money would enable the district to renovate both of its high schools.
