Niagara Falls (N.Y.) district seeks $130 million bond issue

Money would pay for upgrades at 11 campuses

From The Buffalo News: The Niagara Falls (N.Y.) school district has placed a $130 million bond proposal on the Feb. 15 ballot. The money would enable the district to pay for renovations or additions at 11 school buildings and improvements to athletic fields and playgrounds.
