District says it could lose $3 million if county doesn't impose fees

From The Palm Beach Post: A dispute between the Palm Beach County, Fla., government and the county school district over what constitutes growth could end up costing the district $3 million for capital projects over the next two years. County planning officials say they will recommend that the district’s school impact fee — a levy paid by developers for school expansion needs — be set at $0, asserting that there are no school expansions in the near future. But school officials contend the county is mistaken.
