In the wake of recent deadly campus shootings, Loyola University in Chicago is hoping it can enlist an army to flag potential problem students. The army? Other students. The school is encouraging them, along with its staff, to report students to a newly formed Behavioral Concerns Team. Loyola's hope is students with mental health problems will be less likely to fall through the cracks and will be more likely to get treatment before a major problem develops.
