Fundraising campaign will bring facility to West High School
April 1, 2011

From The Iowa City Press Citizen: The Iowa City (Iowa) district has broken ground on a new soccer complex at West High School. Backers of the project have raised $200,000 of the $300,000 needed to carry out the construction. The field will have sand-top dressing and tiling for drainage and a uniform, high-quality grass field. Concessions and restrooms are available at the football stadium, and eventually the field will have lights. Permanent bleachers are planned.
