Some neighbors had objected to site chosen for Silverton Paideia Academy
Oct. 13, 2009

From The Cincinnati Enquirer: The Cincinnati school board has approved plans for a rebuilt Silverton Paideia Academy. The plans call for the new 400-student, preschool-to-sixth grade school. In June, five neighbors sued in hopes of blocking a land swap between the Cincinnati district and the city of Silverton that cleared the way for the new campus. In September, a judge dismissed the lawsuit.
