Construction of Wisconsin Energy Institute expected to start later this year
From The Wisconsin State Journal: Construction of the first phase of the $100 million Wisconsin Energy Institute, a new facility for renewable energy research at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, is expected to begin later this year. The primary occupants of the facility will be the Great Lakes Bioenergy Research Center and the Wisconsin Bionergy Initiative, which focus on converting plant biomass into ethanol and other motor fuels. The architects are Potter Lawson and HOK.
