The superintendent of Calumet City (Ill.) School District 155 is out on bond on upgraded drunken-driving charges related to an arrest in June. Troy A. Paraday, 46, is charged with two counts of aggravated drunken driving. Paraday was originally charged with DUI June 13 after his 2000 Honda struck another vehicle hauling a trailer in Homer Glen. But Will County prosecutors raised the charge to a felony because the DUI arrest was Paraday's third such arrest since 1984.
