University of Wisconsin’s plans to expand primate center are on hold

School’s application for stimulus funds has been rejected

From The Wisconsin State Journal: The University of Wisconsin-Madison purchased a plot of land last year with the intent to significantly expand its primate labs, but an application for $15 million in federal stimulus funds to expand the Wisconsin National Primate Research Center has been rejected, and the expansion is on hold.
