Cell phone towers boost revenue for many districts

As school budgets shrink, campuses have found a financial pipeline in a controversial — place: cell phone towers. This year,Hillsborough County (Fla.) schools could rake in more than $230,000 from leases on towers. But some parents say the money isn't worth it.
