For districts in Atlanta area, it was a decade of dramatic change

Most school systems had to cope with areas of growth and areas of decline
April 19, 2011

From The Atlanta Journal-Constitution: In the Atlanta area, the school-age population between 2000 and 2010 underwent pervasive, dramatic change.
