Loveland (Ohio) district settles suit with city

Disagreement arose over annexation of high school site into the city

From The Cincinnati Enquirer: The Loveland (Ohio) School District and city of Loveland have reached an agreement that will end the city's lawsuit over annexation of the high school. The agreement calls for the school district to pay $25,000 to the city. The payment will be credited against funds that would have been paid by the city to the school district from a 2005 Tax Increment Financing agreement.
