From The Columbus Dispatch: A fraternity has been kicked off the campus of Ohio University in Athens for five years after it was convicted of forcing pledges to drink large amounts of alcohol and then beating them. Delta Tau Delta officials entered a plea of no contest in Athens Municipal Court, and the fraternity was convicted of hazing. A judge fined the fraternity $2,000 and ordered it to pay restitution of up to $10,000 to two injured pledges.
