Prosper (Texas) district asks for $710 million in bonds

Growing district needs funds for new facilities.

The Prosper (Texas) district is seeking approval of a $710 million bond request. The money would pay for construction of four elementary schools, a middle school and a high school. It also would pay for additional phases on the existing high school; land acquisition; additional athletic facilities; and technology upgrades.
