Maintenance backlog climbs in Clark County (Nev.) district

From The Las Vegas Sun: As of July 31, the backlog of maintenance work orders in the Clark County (Nev.) district had risen to 12,937, compared with 4,327 at the end of July 2008. A district maintenance reports says that district buildings generally are not in “showpiece” condition.
