$22 million bond election scheduled in Saline (Mich.) district

From The Saline Reporter: The Saline (Mich.) School Board has decided to place a $22 million bond proposal on the Feb. 22 ballot. The request scales back a $25 million package that voters rejected in August. The money would pay for upgrades at the high school, middle school and four elementary schools.
