West Virginia plans campus child care center

University hopes to break ground this summer.

West Virginia University is planning to break ground this summer on a child care center on its Morgantown campus. The university hopes to have the facility completed by summer 2009. The plan calls for the university to build and maintain the facility, and a private company will be brought in to run the child-care operations. School officials hope to select an architect soon.
