From The San Diego Union-Tribune: After years of delays to construction, the newest campus in the San Ysidro (Calif.) School District is readying to open later this month. Vista Del Mar Elementary School in San Diego will accommodate grades K to 3. It was built to alleviate crowding at the Ocean View Hills School next door. Ocean View Hills had more than 1,200 students in grades K-8 at the end of 2011-12.
