Report urges school board to remove top district administrators.

From The Sacramento Bee: A grand jury report says the Twin Rivers (Calif.) Unified School District and its police force have been beset by missing weapons, widespread corruption and a myriad of illegal actions. The report states that district leaders took steps to destroy the careers of individuals who reported unlawful acts; violated the rights of employees and police officers; abused their fiduciary responsibilities; and misled the public with erroneous information. The grand jury urges the school board to remove several top district administrators.
