From The Los Angeles Times: A study has concluded that state of California needs to remove the unnecessary obstacles that community college students face in transferring to four-year institutions. Fixing the pipeline to baccalaureate degrees is vital to the state's economic future, according to the study by the Institute for Higher Education Leadership & Policy at Cal State Sacramento.
