Kansas college to get new residence hall

University of St. Mary in Leavenworth breaks ground on 100-person facility

TheUniversity of St. Mary in Leavenworth, Kan., has broken ground on a new residence hall. The $4.7 million three-story facility will accommodate 100 students and is expected to open in August 2009. It will be the school's first new residence hall since 1964. Most of the units will have four private bedrooms that share a living room. The architect is Hollis and Miller.
