Washington, D.C., high school returns to upgraded facility

From the GW Hatchet: Students have noticed many improvements in the newly renovated School Without Walls facility in Washington, D.C. The ceiling no longer falls down on students in class. The heat and air conditioning now work. The basement doesn't flood anymore when it rains. After a $39 million renovation that put the students in a temporary site, the facility has been reopened. Students at the high school, a partnership between the Washington, D.C., school system and George Washington University can graduate from high school with an associate degree from the University. In the evening, the building is used for George Washington graduate-level classes.
