Faculty senate chairman says Patrick Swygert has jeopardized the financial health of the school.
The head of the faculty senate at Howard University is calling for the ouster of President H. Patrick Swygert. Theodore Bremner, chairman of the senate, says that Swygert has jeopardized the financial health of Howard and left academic programs in disarray. He says the situation is "an intolerable condition of incompetence and dysfunction at the highest level."
