District seeks to upgrade science labs, career and vocational classrooms

From The Whittier Daily News: Voters in the El Rancho (Calif.) Unified School District will go to the polls on Nov. 2 to decide on a $52 million bond proposal. The money would go toward upgrading science labs, career/technical and vocational classrooms, as well as safety, security and energy-efficient improvements to campuses.
