Crime-fighting institute planned at Dallas university

University of North Texas will team with city of Dallas to create program

The city of Dallas and the University of North Texas are teaming up to create the W.W. Caruth Jr. Police Institute at Dallas, a research institute dedicated to training officers and developing crime-fighting strategies. The institute will eventually be housed on the campus of the University of North Texas at Dallas.
