Developers withdraw plans for student apartments near University of Texas at San Antonio

From The San Antonio Express-News: Developers have pulled their application to build a student apartment complex near the University of Texas at San Antonio, delivering a victory for area homeowners who had contested the project. Campus Crest Development says it will not give up its plans, but is willing to negotiate with neighbors to make the project more acceptable. The company planned to build a 580-bed apartment complex called The Grove.
