First of seven construction projects begins in Switzerland of Ohio district

From The Marietta Times: The Switzerland of Ohio district has broken ground on a K-12 school building in Beallsville. It is the first of seven school construction projects in the district that state officials once determined had the worst facilities of all 612 of Ohio's school districts.
